Production

STERN has a large and modern machinery, as well as qualified and skilled workers in each of the production processes, which allows us to perform internally each of the manufacturing processes, to improve flexibility, we also have an extensive network of external suppliers. In this way, we improve production flexibility, reacting to emergency situations that may have our customers and with the posible support of an extensive network of external suppliers.

The production capacity includes:

• PISTON SIAMETERS UP TO 1,000 MM
• STROKES UP TO 14,000 MM
• PRESSURE UP TO 1000 BAR

In the case of welding (TIG, MIG or submerged arc semiautomatic), the welding process and the operator are certified and approved by a qualified outside company. Once the welding process is finished, we inspected with ultrasound, penetrating liquids or magnetic particles.
